Quality first and foremost! To this day our enterprise is run in line with this guiding principle, true to our founder’s original intentions.
In order to document our high quality standards, a certified quality management system has been maintained within the Group for many years, in accordance with DIN ISO 9001:2008. Pelz places particular emphasis on extensive quality controls. Each phase of production, from the receipt of raw materials and consumables to the delivery of finished products, is seamlessly monitored and documented by quality assurance.
A HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system has also been established, which is based on a comprehensive risk analysis and incorporates an effective fault-elimination strategy covering all possible risks.
Country-specific requirements, such as the BRC Global Standards, are also met.
The British Retail Consortium (BRC) is a trade association of British retailers which has defined this standard, primarily for the grocery industry.
All systems are certified by accredited institutes and are thus subject to regular external monitoring.
Our customers are often persuaded about or work by audits. These are predominantly carried out by independent auditors. We regularly receive top evaluations, which impressively demonstrate the first-class level of our product and process quality.
